摘要
环境公益诉讼对环境保护的有效施行有十分重要的促进作用。文章在讨论环境公益诉讼所包含的特征及其种类;另外也探讨环境公益诉讼的价值,意义以及我国需要借鉴国外环境公益诉讼的发展来建立这一制度的现实要求及必要性,最后提出一点我国构建环境公益诉讼制度的几点设想。
Environmental public welfare lawsuit plays a very important promoting role on the effective implementation of environmental protection.The characteristics and types contained in environmental public welfare lawsuit are discussed in the paper.In addition,the value and meaning of environmental public welfare lawsuit as well as the practical requirements and the necessity of learning advanced experience in environmental public welfare lawsuit from foreign countries to establish the system are also explored.Finally,a few ideas of constructing environmental public welfare lawsuit system are put forward in China.
