我公司4座焦炉自2006年陆续投产以来,熄焦车轨道因为设计原因,轨道基础松动,轨道固定不实,上下振动,一直是制约生产的一大瓶颈,给生产带来很大的安全隐患,频繁出现设备事故,维修成本高,现场卫生难以保持。为不影响生产,熄焦车轨道基础改造方案选择了不停产检修方式,6个月时间,轨道改造完毕,效果比较明显。

Our four coke ovens put into operation one after another since 2006,had since put out car rail because design reason coke,rail base,rail fixed false loose,vibration,had been up and down was restricted by one of the bottleneck of the production,brougt a lot to the production security problems,frequent equipment accidents,maintenance cost was high,the health were difficult to maintain.For not influence production,focal car rail based out reform scheme choosing not to stop production maintenance way,six months time,the orbit transformation,the more obvious effects.
