摘要
阐述了双法兰差压变送器测量液位的基本原理,对其量程的常规设定方法进行了分析,并在此基础上进行改进,提出了一套针对工况发生变化时的快速、准确设定测量范围的方法,并将改进方法推广到其他差压变送器,以提高自动化检测水平,使其为安全生产提供一个可靠的保障。
The paper described about the basic principles of double-flange differential pressure transmitter in level control,analyzed the general setting method for its range,on this basis proposed an accurate and efficient setting about the range of transmitter when the working condition changed and improved methods to other differential pressure transmitter,so as to improve the automation level of detection and provided a reliable safety protection for production environment.
