自吸背景校正石墨炉原子吸收法测定全血中的铅 被引量:1

摘要 铅是一种蓄积性的有毒物质,过量铅的摄入严重影响人的身心健康。血铅是作为职业性铅中毒和职业性健康检查的必检项目。文章用专用试剂直接稀释样品,无需在标准溶液中加入健康人血做基体匹配,自吸背景校正石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定全血中的铅,方法的精密度为2.34%~5.45%,回收率为107%,检出限为0.98μg/L,获得了满意的测试结果,可作为常规快速的检测全血中铅的方法。 Lead is an accumulation of toxic substances,excessive lead intake can seriously affect people's health.The level of lead in blood must be checked while occupational lead poisoning and occupational health check.Whole blood sample and standard solution was diluted by dedicated reagent and tested the lead by self-reversal graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The precision of this method was 2.34 %~5.45 % and the recovery was 107 %.The detection limit was 0.98 μg /L.The method has the advantage of accuracy,reliability,simpleness and can be applied to the rapid detection of lead in whole blood.
