摘要
为将30万t/a汽油加氢精制装置扩建为50万t/a,通过应用工艺模拟计算软件HYSYS和HTFS模拟汽油加氢精制流程,并进行优化设计,使改造方案尽可能利用原有设备,降低改造投资,达到投资最小化、经济效益最大化。
Process simulator softwares,i.e.HYSYS HTFS,were used to simulate the process flow diagram of a Gasoline Hydrotreating Unit,for the purpose of expanding its capacity from 300 kt/a to 500 kt/a.Optimization of the process were also performed to reduce the investment of the revamping plan,and maximize the revenus,by means of re-use the existing equipments.
