我国在国际直接投资中的问题研究

Study on Problems Facing China in International Direct Investment

我国作为一个发展中国家,在加入WTO后国际直接投资(FDI)领域面临着诸多问题。分析了我国对外直接投资的特点及现状,并指出我国吸引外商直接投资时应注意的问题及其应对策略进而完善有关FDI的立法,以促进我国经济的发展。

As a developing country,since its entry into WTO,China has been facing challenges,especially in the field of foreign direct investment（FDI）.The current situation and characteristics of China＇s FDI is analyzed,and strategies are given to improve the legalization of FDI from the aspects of capital,technology and industrial upgrading in the hope of boosting economics.
