摘要
结合企业当前的组织结构及生产情况,分析了连云港港口集团铁运公司职工培训存在的问题,提出了在职工教育培训工作上改进和完善策略,并对公司未来几年的职工培训作了规划。
Combining the organizational structure and production in the company,it analyzes the problems existing in Railway Transportation Company of Lianyungang Port Group.Strategies are put forward according to the staff training,with planning on the prospects of the company in the coming years.
