摘要
就应用碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定海水网箱养殖沉积物总氮的条件进行了研究。最终确定试剂纯度、试验用水、消解用具、消解后溶液的测定方法等均对试验结果有影响。研究表明:选用普通蒸馏水双蒸并进行去离子后的高纯水或市售纯净水做溶解试剂,经电热鼓风干燥箱消解沉积物待测样(0.10g恒重沉积物样品加入10mL氧化剂(0.48mol/LNaOH和0.15mol/LK2S2O8等体积混合液))50min可得到稳定的试验结果。
The factors that affect the determination of total nitrogen in sediment beneath marine cages by using alkaline potassium persulfate digestion-UV spectrophotometric method was evaluated in the paper.It was found that such factors as purity of reagent,experimental water,appliance for digestion and the method of solution measurement after digestion can all affect the results of the examination.By using high purity water obtained from common distilled water after double distillation and deionization or pure water in market,a reliable examine result could be obtained after a digestion process of sediment sample in an electric drying oven for 50 minutes.
