小剂量甲地孕酮预防含顺铂方案化疗相关性呕吐的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的．探讨甲地孕酮（MA）预防含顺铂方案化疗相关性呕吐的作用。方法将应用含顺铂方案化疗的恶性肿瘤患者86例随机分为治疗组43例，对照组43例。治疗组给予甲地孕酮口服，对照组服安慰剂，观察两组的呕吐发生率等。结果治疗后两组之间呕吐发生率、食欲下降率有显著差异。结论甲地孕酮预防含顺铂方案化疗所致呕吐和食欲下降具有较好的疗效和耐受性。 s,2006,24(18):18510.
