综合护理干预黄体酮肌注硬结的效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的综合护理改善黄体酮肌注硬结的效果的研究。方法将80例体外受精一胚胎移植术后已妊娠的孕妇随机分组,观察组和对照组各40例,观察组接受综合护理干预措施。对照组接受常规护理措施,采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analog Scale,VAS),比较两组患者贴敷后不同时段硬结情况和疼痛程度。结果在不同的护理干预下,两组患者在VAS比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),观察组疼痛程度明显低于对照组。结论综合护理干预黄体酮肌注硬结有显著效果。 Objective Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Cares on callosity with Progesterone muscle injection. Methods 80 inpatients after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer ( IVF - ET) were equally divided into the observation group and control group randomly. Comprehensive Nursing Cares intervention were applied in the observation group. Control group received routine nursing care. The difference of nursing effects between the two groups and the intervention effects of Comprehensive Nursing Cares alleviating pain and callosity in different periods after IVF - ET were compared by VAS. Results Evident statistical difference was found between two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). The observation group has less pain and callosity than the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive Nursing Cares to alleviate callosity with Progesterone muscle injection have significant effect.
