Identification of Lycopodium Japonicum Thunb from Different Provinces by Ultraviolet Spectra

目的:探讨不同产地伸筋草的紫外光谱鉴别特征。方法:分别以石油醚、氯仿及醋酸乙酯为溶剂对不同产地伸筋草进行紫外可见光谱鉴别。结果:得到不同产地伸筋草在不同极性溶剂中的共有峰。结论:可将紫外光谱鉴别法作为伸筋草的质量控制指标之一。

Objective：To investigate the spectral characteristics of Lycopodium japonicum Thunb in different ares.Methods：Different solvents were used to extract and the extraction were analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophometry.Results：The common spectral were obtained in different solvents.Conclusion：This method can be applied to control the quality of Lycopodium japonicum Thunb.
