摘要
肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一种发病率较高的功能性胃肠道疾病,西医治疗常难以治愈,易反复。近年来中医中药在治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)的临床和实验研究中取得了较大进展,得到了国内外医学界的重视。文章综述近5年的中医药研究进展。
Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder which is hardly cured by western medical.In recent years,clinical and experimental research advance on D-IBS treated by Chinese Medicine has attracted more and more attentionin from home and abroad.This paper reviews the advances of TCM in this field during the last five years.
