香青兰水提物与乙酸乙酯提取物降血脂的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立实验性高脂血症大鼠模型,观察香青兰水提物、乙酸乙酯提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法:采用脂肪乳剂灌胃制备高脂血症大鼠模型,造模同时连续给药10周,观察香青兰不同提取物对高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)以及肝组织SOD、MDA水平的影响。结果:与模型组比较,香青兰水提取物组能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AST、MDA(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高HDL-C、SOD(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低肝匀浆MDA(P<0.01);香青兰乙酸乙酯提取物能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、LDL-C、ALT、AST、MDA(P<0.01),显著升高血清SOD(P<0.05),显著升高肝匀浆SOD(P<0.01),显著降低肝匀浆MDA(P<0.01)。结论:香青兰水提取物与乙酸乙酯提取物能调节高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢紊乱,其调节血脂机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。 Objective:The experiment is to establish a rat model of experimental hyperlipidemia and to observe,the effect of Dracocephalum moldavica and ethyl acetate extract on the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)??;the impact of experimental hyperlipidemia on the liver tissue malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and to explore Dracocephalum moldavica extract the impact of high blood cholesterol.Methods:To establish a hyperlipidemia rat model,after 10 weeks therapy,to observe the effects of different parts of Dracocephalum moldavica and Dracocephalum moldavica of ethyl acetate extract on serum lipid levels,anti lipid peroxidation ability.Results:Compared with model group,Dracocephalum moldavica could lower the serum level of TC,TG,LDL-C,AST,MDA(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),increase the serum level of HDL-C,SOD(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),and lower the liver homogenate level of MDA(P〈0.01);Compared with model group,Dracocephalum moldavica ethyl acetate extract could lower the serum level of TC,LDL-C,ALT,AST,MDA(P〈0.01),increase the serum level of SOD(P〈0.05),and increase the liver homogenate level of SOD(P〈0.01),lower the liver homogenate level of MDA(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Dracocephalum moldavica extract can regulate lipid metabolism disorders and reduce the incidence of fatty liver and its modulation may be related to its anti lipid peroxidation.
