黄芩苷有关物质的检查

Inspection of Related Substances of Baicalin

目的:建立注射用黄芩苷原料有关物质的检查方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2),检测波长为280nm,柱温为35℃。结果:6批注射用黄芩苷原料有关物质含量均低于2.5%。结论:所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于注射用黄芩苷原料有关物质的检查。

Objective：To establish the inspection method of related substances of raw material for injection baicalin.Methods：HPLC,the ODS C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used,a mixture of methanol-water-phosphoric acid（47：53：0.2）was used as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 280nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results：Six batches of raw material for injection baicalin content of related substances is less than 2.5%.Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and it can be used for inspection of related substances of raw materials for injection baicalin.
