高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化的病因病机探讨

Investigate Etiology and Pathogenesis in Hypertension and Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis

通过对古今高血压、颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)相关文献的整理总结,发现二者在临床症状、病因病机方面具有一致性,而且二者有共同的危险因素。二者相互作用,互为因果,且同属血脉病变。痰热瘀结,闭阻血脉是二者发病的共同病机,可从血脉理论探讨高血压CAS的预防治疗。

Through the summary of relevant literature for the ancient and modern Hypertension and carotid artery atherosclerosis,it is found that both the clinical symptoms and pathogenesis have consistency,including the common risk factors.Interaction between the two,reinforce each other,and belong to the same blood disease.Phlegm-blood stasis and blocking off the blood are a common pathogenesis of both disease,so the prevention and treatment of hypertension and carotid artery atherosclerosis are discussed based on the blood theory.
