独活寄生汤对大鼠佐剂性关节炎防治作用研究

Effects of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Preventing and Curing Adjuvant Arthritis in Rats

目的:探讨独活寄生汤对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的防治作用。方法:应用弗氏完全佐剂诱发大鼠产生多发性关节炎,测量大鼠足跖肿胀度,ELISA法检测大鼠肿胀组织中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量。结果:独活寄生汤可显著抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎急性足跖肿胀,对于继发性的足肿胀也有明显的抑制作用,并可降低继发性关节炎炎性组织中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量。结论:独活寄生汤具有防治佐剂性关节炎的作用。

Objective：To study the effects of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in preventing and curing adjuvant arthritis in rats.Methods：The Adjuvant arthritis rat model induced by Freund＇s complete adjuvant was established,and the swollen volume of rats＇ claw was calculated as evaluation criterion.The level of IL-1βand TNF-α in inflammatory joint was measured by ELISA.Results：Duhuo Jisheng decoction could significantly inhabit primary acute inflammatory swelling and secondary inflammatory reaction.And the level of IL-1βand TNF-α in inflammatory joint of secondary arthritis could also be decreased.Conclusion：Duhuo Jisheng decoction can prevent and cure adjuvant arthritis in rats.
