Professor SHI Zhi-chao's Experience in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

石志超教授临床辨治溃疡性结肠炎,认为病机整体上以脾虚、肾虚、气机失调为本,局部以湿热、瘀血、浊毒停滞大肠为标,提出内外分治、就近祛邪的治疗大法,取得较好疗效。

Professor SHI Zhi-chao＇s clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis was introduced.He thinks that the basic characteristics of the disease is spleen weakness,kidney weakness and Qi disorders;the disease appears localized heat,humid,extravasated blood and toxins remain in the large intestine.He proposed using both internal medicine and enema drug.Both drugs were able to play their role,each focusing on,without disturbing each other.This method achieved better efficacy in the treatment.
