城市景观价值综合评价中相关问题的分析

Analysis of Problems in the Comprehensive Evaluation of Urban Landscape Value

城市景观作为城市文化的重要载体,决定着一个城市的竞争力。指出城市景观评价指标的模糊性决定了景观评价的不精确性,讨论了景观评价准则并分析了具有代表性的城市景观评价的方法,探究了评价结果与综合价值的表示和分析,强调城市景观评价应针对城市经济和文化发展的实际,不能孤立于整个城市发展规划的过程之外。提出以主观因素、客观因素和时间的城市景观价值三维表示形式,以三维坐标系反映城市景观的价值随不同年代的变化,并且认为坐标表示法可以反映城市景观的价值在主观因素与客观因素方面的整体情况。以期为城市景观综合评价的进一步发展提供参考。

Urban landscape was considered as an important carrier of urban culture determining the competitiveness of a city.It was believed that ambiguity of urban landscape evaluation indexes resulted in inaccuracy of landscape evaluation,landscape evaluation principles and representative urban landscape evaluation methods were discussed,evaluation results and demonstration of comprehensive value analyzed.More-over,it was stressed that urban landscape evaluation should be based on economic and cultural development of the city,but not independent from the urban development planning.Three-dimensional demonstration of urban landscape value was proposed,specifically,subjective factor,objective factor and time,the three-dimensional coordinate system was used to show change of urban landscape value with time,and expected to reflect overall conditions of urban landscape value in terms of subjective and objective factor.This study was to provide reference for the further development of comprehensive evaluation of urban landscapes.
