世界城市背景下历史街区分区发展探析——以北京什刹海街区为例

Study on Zoning Planning of Historic Block under the Background of Global City

目前北京市历史街区的发展存在很多问题,在限制城市发展的同时,降低了资源利用率。以北京什刹海街区为例,借助土地利用规划的思路,在街区内部进行再分区,结合什刹海街区的区位、文化构成、产业条件等分别进行分区发展,有助于统筹协调各区文化特色,提高历史街区土地利用率,实现街区综合效益的最大化。

There were many problems in the development of historic blocks in Beijing,which not only impeded city development,but also reduced resource utilization rate.With Shichahai Block in Beijing as an example,enlightened by the land use planning idea,further partition was carried out in historic district.Combining with location,culture constitutions and industrial conditions to analyze specifically and making overall coordination,can help to improve the land utilization in historic block and realize the comprehensive benefits maximization.
