基于土地规划分类和节约集约的山区建设用地需求量分类预测——以陕西省略阳县为例

Prediction of the Demand of Construction Land in Mountainous Areas Based on Classification of Land Use Planning and Economical and Intensive Utilization

以陕西省略阳县为例,在新一轮土地规划分类的基础上,对城乡建设用地、交通水利用地和其他建设用地进行需求量预测,同时结合城镇工矿用地和农村居民点用地集约潜力分析,得出略阳县新一轮土地规划各项建设用地指标。结果表明,以土地规划分类和节约集约为基础,对建设用地需求量进行分类预测,对新一轮土地利用总体规划修编工作更具有指导性。

Taking Lveyang County as an example,based on the new classification of land use planning,the demand of urban and rural construction land,traffic land and water conservancy facilities and other construction land were predicted respectively,and the intensive potential analysis of urban land,industrial land and rural settlement land were analyzed,through which the construction land indices of the new land use planning of Lveyang County were obtained.The results showed that,based on the new classification of land use planning and economical and intensive land utilization,the demand of the construction land was constructed,which was more instructive to the new general land use planning.
