以农业技术推广为载体的农科研究生培养模式探索

Exploration on a New Model of Agronomy Graduate Education Based on the Extension of Agricultural Technology

通过对中国农业大学曲周农业技术推广团队的实地调研,研究和总结了以农业技术推广为运作载体的研究生培养循环发展模式。该模式以基地为平台,采用理论与实践相结合、学习与服务相结合的培养方式,实现了学科链与农业生产链的有效对接,有助于为国家培养高水平、有综合素质的应用型农科研究生。该模式依靠有效的制度,以及大学与县政府、大学与农户互动激励机制保证了研究生培养的持续发展,是农业类院校研究生培养可以借鉴的新模式。

Based on the field survey of the agricultural extension team of China Agricultural University in Quzhou,Hebei Province,a circular development model of graduate education with agricultural technology extension as carrier is studied and summarized.This model,with base as platform,adopts the education model which combines theory with practice,study with services,which realizes the effective link of subject and agricultural production and helps the country cultivate high-quality applied agronomy graduate.Depend on effective system as well as the interactive incentives among the university and government,farmers and university students,the system ensures the sustainable development of graduate education,therefore it could be a nice model for agricultural universities.
