摘要
从研究性学习的主题选择、组织方式和考核方法等方面,总结了研究性学习在《食品微生物学》课程教学中的运用,为创新型人才的培养提供了参考。
The practice of research-oriented learning in Food Microbiology teaching was elaborated from the aspects of research subject selection,organization of students＇ learning procedure and assessment methods,which provided references for cultivation of innovative talents.
