摘要
《农桑衣食撮要》中记载了当时许多新的农业生产技术和经验,其对指导元代及元代以后的农业生产起到了重要作用,应加大对《农桑衣食撮要》的研究力度。
Nongsang Yishi Cuoyao recorded a lot of new agricultural production technology and experience,and played an important role in guiding the agricultural production of Yuan Dynasty and the later dynasties,therefore we should strengthen its study.
