手工分类法与SYSMEX XS-1000i血球分析仪白细胞分类的比较

目的探讨SYSMEX XS-1000i全自动血细胞分析仪与手工分类结果的差异,以了解仪器对白细胞分类的准确性。方法用SYSMEX XS-1000i血球分析仪,手工涂片后用瑞氏染色,再用显微镜对白细胞分类,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果两种方法显示中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞计数无显著差异,但中间型主要是单核细胞比例有显著差异,仪器法的误差明显高于手工法。结论 SYSMEX XS-1000i全自动血细胞分析仪与手工法在中间型白细胞计数方面有较大的方法学差异,因此仪器的白细胞分类和计数不能完全替代手工涂片检查。

Objective To discuss the differences between the SYSMEX XS - lO00i entire automatic blood corpuscle analyzer and the manual classified method and have a good knowledge of the accuracy of using the instrument to do the cell classification. Methods With steps the SYSMEX XS - 1000i blood corpuscle analyzer, using Wright＇s staining after manual smear, then use the microscope to do the white blood cell differential count, we will have a statistics analysis to its result. Results Two methods demonstrated that there is no big difference in the count of neutrophils and lymphocytes, but it＇s different with the middle typal white blood ceils. Compared with manual method , using the instru- ments cause errors more often. Conclusion When doing the white blood cell differential count,there are some methodological differences in using the SYSMEX XS -1000i blood corpuscle analyzer and the manual method, so using the instrument to do the white blood cell differential count can＇t replace manual method entirely.
