改性活性炭吸附水中双酚A的研究

摘要 采用浓HNO3对煤基活性炭进行表面官能团的改性处理,利用Boehm滴定法测定表面官能团对活性炭进行物化表征,并结合PH-pzc及Boehm等表征结果。对吸附的影响因素进行系统研究,采用活性炭吸附技术,建立了双酚A生产废水的处理工艺,以颗粒活性炭为催化剂,考察了废水初始浓度,活性炭用量,吸附平衡时间,吸附最佳pH值等对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,50mL的废水,在pH为6,振荡时间50min的工艺条件下,活性炭用量0.12g时,在废水最大吸收波长处,废水A值的去除率为93%以上,改性后的活性炭比没有改性的活性炭的去除率大,由84.47%增加到93.68%。
