摘要
[目的]建立一个比较合理和完善的芦荟组织培养体系,为大规模快速生产芦荟组织培养苗提供依据。[方法]以木立芦荟和中国芦荟的叶、茎尖和根为外植体,接种于不同激素配比的MS和N6固体培养基上进行组织培养,研究不同培养基对芦荟组织培养的影响。[结果]在不定芽诱导过程中,茎尖在培养基MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L上的芽诱导率最高。在诱导生根过程中,以1/2MS为基本培养基,NAA浓度在0.2~0.3 mg/L时芦荟组织不定芽生根效果较好。[结论]芦荟组培效果受到遗传基因型和外在培养条件的双重制约。
[Objective] The study aimed to establish a more reasonable and perfect tissue culture system of Aloe vera,which provided the basis for the large-scale rape production of A.vera tissue culture seedlings.[Method] With the leaf,shoot apical and root of Aloe arborescens Mill and Aloe vera L.as the explants,they were inoculated on the MS and N6 mediums with different hormone matching to made for the tissue culture and the effects of different mediums on the tissue culture of A.vera was studied.[Result] In the induced process of adventitious bud,the shoot apical induced on the medium of MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L got the highest bud induction rate.In the induced rooting process,with 1/2MS as the basic medium,when NAA was 0.2-0.3 mg/L,the adventitious bud of A.vera got better rooting effect.[Conclusion] The effect of tissue culture of A.vera suffered the double restriction of genetic type and the external culture conditions.
