摘要 对适用于不同食用菌遗传转化的筛选标记和转化方法进行了综述,并介绍了食用菌基因功能研究的新进展。 The genetic transformation methods and selection marker for different edible mushroom were reviewed.And some advances in gene function of edible mushroom were given in the paper.
