摘要
[目的]研究滩涂盐生植物海英草中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。[方法]根据所得提取物的特征显色反应,检查海英草中是否含有黄酮类化合物;通过单因素试验考察了影响总黄酮得率的主要因素及其最佳水平范围;采用正交试验确定最佳萃取条件。[结果]试验证实了海英草中含有黄酮类化合物;海英草中总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺为料液比1∶15(g/ml)、乙醇浓度65%、提取温度60℃、超声波功率225 W、萃取时间40 min;在此条件下,总黄酮得率可达5.734%。[结论]超声提取法具有提取率高、时间短、超声功率低等优点,可用于海英草中总黄酮的提取。
[Objective] The extraction technique of the total flavonoids from halophyte-British sea grass in beach with the ultrasonic method was studied.[Method] The contain of flavonoids in British sea grass could be checked through the characteristics' color reaction of the extracts.The main factor and the optimal level of the factors that affected the yield of total flavonoids were investigated through the single-factor test and the best extraction condition was formed by means of orthogonal experiment.[Results] It was confirmed that total flavonoids was contained in the halophyte.The best extraction technology of flavonoids was that the ratio of raw material to liquid was 1∶ 15(g/ml);the concentration of ethanol,65%;the extraction temperature,60 ℃;the ultrasonic power,225 W and the extraction time,40 minutes,under which condition,the yield of total flavonoids extraction was up to 5.734%.[Conclusion] The method was with the character of high extraction rate,short extraction time,low-power and other advantages and could be used for the extraction of total flavonoids from British sea grass.
