摘要
[目的]对资源型城市建设用地适宜性评价的基础上,分析城市用地的空间布局。[方法]首先对大同市中心城区进行建设用地适宜性评价,然后根据《大同市土地利用总体规划(2006~2020)》目标年的城市规模和扩展模式,将新增城市用地和弹性空间用地进行空间布局,确定大同市2020年城市发展边界。[结果]大同市评价区域内适宜建设用地较少,面积66.18 hm2,占评价区域面积的10.40%;较适宜建设地区面积为117.51 hm2,占评价区域面积的18.47%;一般适宜建设用地面积为149.49 hm2,占评价区域面积的23.49%;不可建设用地分布面积较小(89.31 hm2),占评价区域面积的14.04%。新增建设用地中,适宜和较适宜级别的用地占73.58%,没有不适宜级别的用地;有条件建设区中,适宜和较适宜级别的用地占66.85%,城市空间布局基本合理。[结论]该研究城市用地空间扩展和布局提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The study aimed at analysing the spatial distribution of urban land based on the suitability evaluation of construction land in resource-based cities.[Method] Firstly,the suitability of construction land in Datong City was assessed;afterwards,according to the urban scale and spatial expansion mode in target year in the General Land Use Planning for Datong City(2006-2020),the spatial layout of newly-increased urban land and flexible construction land was carried out to determine the development boundary of Datong City in 2020.[Result] There was little most suitable construction land in the evaluation area of Datong City,and its area was only 66.18 hm2 which accounted for 10.40% of total area of evaluation region;the area of more suitable construction land was 117.51 hm2 and make up 18.47% of total area;generally suitable land covered an area of 149.49 hm2,which accounted for 23.49% of total area;the area of unsuitable construction land(89.31 hm2) only made up 14.04% of total area.In newly-increased urban construction land,the area of the most suitable and more suitable land accounted for 73.58%,while there was no unsuitable land.Meanwhile,the area of the most suitable and more suitable land made up 66.85% in flexible construction land.In a word,the spatial layout of urban land was reasonable in Datong City.[Construction] The research could provide theoretical bases for the spatial expansion and layout of urban land.
