摘要 [目的]研究H3PO40W12/TiO2/漂珠复合光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能。[方法]采用溶胶-凝胶法、浸渍法制备H3PO40W12/TiO2/漂珠复合光催化剂,并用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、固体紫外光谱仪对其表征。以孔雀石绿为模拟污染物进行光催化降解试验。[结果]制备的H3PO40W12/TiO2/漂珠复合光催化剂具有较高的催化活性,其在80 min内对孔雀石绿的降解率达到90%。H3PO40W12的负载量越大,复合光催化剂的降解活性越高。此外,该复合光催化剂的再生性良好,可多次重复使用。[结论]该研究对水污染的吸附降解具有重大的价值。 [Objective] The research aimed to study preparation of H3PO40W12/TiO2/fly ash cenosphere composite photocatalyst and its photocatalytic activity.[Method] By using sol-gel and immersion methods,H3PO40W12/TiO2/fly ash cenosphere composite photocatalyst was prepared.SEM,XRD and solid UV spectrometer were used to characterize it.Malachite green was as simulated pollutant to carry out photocatalytic degradation test.[Result] The prepared H3PO40W12/TiO2/fly ash cenosphere composite photocatalyst had higher catalytic activity.The degradation rate of malachite green within 80 min reached 90%.The bigger the charge number of H3PO40W12 was,the higher the degradation activity of composite photocatalyst was.In addition,the composite photocatalyst had good reproducing property and could be used repeatedly.[Conclusion] The research had important value for adsorption and degradation of water pollution.
