生态环境良好地区经济发展方式选择分析——以武陵山经济协作区为例

Analysis on the Choice of Economic Development Mode in an Area with Good Ecological Environment

生态环境良好地区一般指经济发展水平较低,资源开发非过度的山区、湖泊等地区。以生态环境良好的武陵山经济协作区为研究对象,将该区可能存在的两种经济发展方式(传统经济发展方式和低碳经济发展方式)进行比较。从发展前景和政策支持方面考虑,认为生态环境良好地区选择低碳发展方式是有必要的,应将发展清洁能源、旅游业以及转变传统观念等作为发展低碳经济方式的主要对策。

An area with good ecological environment usually refers to a mountainous area or lake with lower level of economic development and moderately exploited resources.In the research,chosing the economic cooperation district in Wuling Mountain area as an object,two economic development ways in the region,namely the traditional and low-carbon economic development mode,were compared.Given the development prospects and policy support,it is necessary to choose low-carbon development mode in an area with good ecological environment.Moreover,developing clean energy industry,tourism industry and changing traditional ideas are the main measures to develop low-carbon economy.
