失地农民弱势群体的法学考察——以失地农民法律权利弱势为视角

Investigation on Vulnerable Group Landless Peasants from the Perspective of Legal Rights

以失地农民法律权利弱势为视角,对失地农民及弱势群体的概念进行了法学解析,对当前失地农民弱势群体法律权益受损的具体表现及原因进行了分析,提出了保护失地农民弱势群体法律权益的途径,以确保失地农民"失地不失权"。

From the perspective of legal rights vulnerable of landless farmers,the concepts of landless farmers and legal rights were analyzed from the perspective of legal rights,the specific events and reasons of rights and interests damaged of vulnerable group landless peasants currently were analyzed.Thereby,the ways to protect the rights and interests of vulnerable group landless peasants were proposed to ensure ＂lose land but do not lose right＂ of landless peasants.
