Review and prospect of the 25-year study of pancreatic carcinoma

胰腺癌恶性程度高、预后极差。目前其发生、发展、转移等机制尚不明确,一直是该领域的研究热点和难点之一。本文概述了25年来从事胰腺癌的相关基础与临床研究,即从多克隆抗体到单克隆抗体,从癌基因、抑癌基因到转移抑制基因的研究;从组织到细胞,从动物模型到人体的基础研究;以及胰腺癌患者的早期诊断、药物治疗、辅助治疗的临床研究,为进一步的深入研究提供新思路。

Pancreatic carcinoma remains a disease with highly malignant and poor prognosis. Currently, the mechanism of pancreatic carci nogenesis, progression and metastasis is not clear. The researches of this disease are still the subjects of great concern. This article summari- zes our work in the basic and clinical researches of pancreatic cancer in 25 years. The basic researches include polyclonal antibody, monoclonal antibody, oncogenes, antioncogene, tumor metastasis suppressor gene, tissue, animal models and so on. The clinical researches include early diagnosis, drug therapy and adiuvant therapy. All of the work will provide new ideas for our next research.
