MRI检查对胫骨平台骨折诊治的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价MRI对胫骨平台骨折的诊断和临床应用价值。方法 34例胫骨平台骨折患者,均为2周内的新鲜骨折,其中男性20例,女性14例;年龄14~73岁,平均年龄45.5岁。经X射线平片检查后作MRI扫描。结果 MRI能准确显示骨折及合并的膝关节结构的损伤(包括关节软骨断裂、半月板撕裂和移位、侧副韧带的损伤),根据MRI检查术前得以正确评估胫骨平台骨折块的移位方向和塌陷的面积。结论 MRI能准确诊断胫骨平台骨折的形态特征及膝关节损伤,根据骨折累及范围,选择最佳治疗方案。 Objective To study the clinical significance of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in diagnosis and treatment of tibia plateau fractures.Methods A total of 34 patients with tibial plateau fracture were enrolled,which were fresh fractures within 2-week,male 20,female 14,aged 14-73 years old,mean age 45.5 years old.MRI scan was checked after X-ray radiography.Results MRI was accurately displayed fractures accompanying with knee joint injure,included fragmentation of cartilage articular,lancination and displacement of meniscus,lancination of collateral(included articular cartilage,meniscus tear and fracture shift and collateral ligament damage).The correct assessments of tibial plateau fracute and depression area were evaluated before operations by MRI.Conclusion It is demonstrated that MRI could accurately diagnose features of tibia plateau fracture and knee joint injuries,and according to the scope of fractures,the best treatment methods could be decide.
