摘要
护士执业考试的新变化,要求高等护理教育积极应对该变化。本文通过分析护士执业考试的内容、形式、题型以及疾病等方面变化的特点,提出我国高等护理教育改革的新趋势:一是更新教育理念,接轨国际护理教育;二是调整教育目标,适应社会发展需要;三是优化教学方法,促进学生主体发展;四是调整课程设置,突出护理专业特色;五是改革实践教学,强化核心能力培养;六是完善考核方法,突出临床能力评价。
The nurse qualification examination has many new changes,which requires adaptation of higher nursing education.By analyzing the change characteristics of the examination regarding content,form,question items and diseases,this paper discusses the new trend of reform in higher nursing education： renewing educational conceptions to keep in pace with international nursing education,adjusting the educational objectives to meet the needs of social development,optimizing teaching methods to promote the development of students as the subject,revising the curriculum to highlight the characteristics of nursing specialty,reforming practice teaching to strengthen training of core abilities,and perfecting assessment methods to highlight evaluation of clinical competence.
