摘要
调查与分析了南昌大学抚州医学分院教师的创新能力状况和培训需求,在此基础上对教师的教学创新能力和科研创新能力的校本培训模式进行了针对性研究与实践,为构建适宜、可行的普通高校教师创新能力的校本培训模式和保障体系提供依据。
Our research team investigated and analyzed the present situation of teachers' innovative ability and their needs for training in Fuzhou Medical Branch of Nanchang University.Based on this,some pertinent research and practice are conducted on the school-based training mode of teachers' innovative ability in teaching and in doing research,which provides basis for constructing a proper and feasible school-based training mode of university teachers' innovative ability and a guaranteeing system.
