摘要
首都医科大学卫生法学专业的培养计划经过几轮的实施,发现存在一些问题,比如生源、教学方法、特色课设置以及教学导向方面。学科教育的逻辑起点是培养目标,优化课程体系是实现培养目标的关键。所以要处理好选修课与必修课、法学课与医学课、法学主干课与特色专业课的关系。
Through several rounds of implementation of the cultivation plan of health law program at Capital Medical University,we have found some problems,such as student source,teaching methods,setting of courses with special features,and orientation of teaching.The logical starting point of disciplinary education is the training goal,and optimizing the curriculum is the key to realizing this goal.Therefore,we should properly handle the relationships between elective courses and required courses,law courses and medical courses,the major law courses and specialized courses with special features.
