浅谈医学生医患沟通能力的培养

医学人才是卫生事业持续健康发展的基础,和谐的医患关系是和谐社会重要的一部分。培养适应现代社会的医学人才是当今医学教育不变的要求。对医学人才的素质教育应该着眼于社会实际的需要。文章建议当前带教医生要有主动地培养医学生医患沟通的意识和能力,并建议一些医患沟通的方法和技巧,实施有效的医患沟通有利于建立和谐的医患关系,有利于医学生更好地适应社会。

Medical personnel are the basis of the healthy development of public health.Harmonious physician-patient relation is a significant part in constructing a harmonious society.Quality-oriented education of medical personnel should focus on the practical requirements of the society.The paper suggests that doctor teachers should cultivate medical students＇ awareness and ability of doctor-patient communication at present,and offers some skills and methods of communication.Effective physician-patient communication can help build a harmonious relation between doctors and patients and help medical students better adapt to society.
