胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素在哮喘Th2优势免疫中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是以树突状细胞(DC)介导的Ⅱ型辅助性T细胞(Th2)优势免疫为特征的慢性气道炎症性疾病。哮喘气道产生大量的促炎症细胞因子,募集嗜酸粒细胞、肥大细胞和淋巴细胞等炎症细胞,释放一系列炎症因子,引起气道炎症、黏膜水肿、黏液分泌和血管扩张等过敏症状。
