摘要
目的合成新的超氧化物歧化酶模拟物,并测定其结构。方法由2,5-吡啶二甲酸(H2dipic)、2,2’-联吡啶(bipy)采用溶液法合成,利用X射线衍射对单晶产物进行表征。结果得到一种新的吡啶二甲酸锰(Ⅱ)配合物,该锰配合物属三斜晶系P-1空间群,其中α=11.383 2(4),b=12.031 5(2),c=13.196 6(5),α=72.052(9)°.2H2O}n,β=83.112(11)°,γ=78.329(9)°,Z=2,V=1 680.65(13)3。结论合成锰配合物{[Mn2(dipic)2(bipy)2(H2O)].2H2On},其表征其单晶结构。
Objective To synthesize a new superoxide dismutase mimics and determine its structure.Methods 2,5-Pyridine dicarboxylic acid reacted with 2,2'-Bipyridine and manganese(Ⅱ) acetate tetrahydrate by solution method to collect the single crystal product,which structure was determined by X-ray diffraction.Results A new pyridine dicarboxylic acid manganese(Ⅱ) complex was prepared and its stucture was studied.The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P-1 with cell parameters a=11.383 2(4),b=12.031 5(2),c=13.196 6(5),α=72.052(9)°,β=83.112(11)°,γ=78.329(9)°,Z=2,V=1 680.65(13)3.Conclusion The new manganese(Ⅱ) complex {[Mn2(dipic)2(bipy)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n and its scientific data will provide a solid foundation for further studies on its biological activity.
