摘要
目的用微波辐射催化法合成5-H/氯(苯并三氮唑甲基)四氮唑类化合物。方法在微波辐射条件下,以三乙胺盐酸盐为催化剂,2-(5′-H/氯苯并三氮唑)乙腈系列化合物和叠氮化钠在甲苯溶剂中回流0.5h得到目标化合物。结果合成得到5个相应的四氮唑类化合物,其中4个新化合物通过熔点、IR和1 H-NMR确认结构,产率在70%~90%。结论使用微波辐射法合成目标产物,与传统加热方法(回流36h,产率64%)相比较,具有时间短、产率高的优点。
Objective 5-H/Cl(Benzotriazol-ylmethyl)terazoles were synthesized by microwave irradiation.Methods A mixture of cyanomethyl-benzotriazol,sodium azide and triethylamine hydrochloride was refluxed in toluene for half an hour by microwave irradiation.Result Five target compounds were synthesized and four of them were new compounds with yields of 70%~90%.They were further characterized by melting point measurement,IR and 1H-NMR analysis.Conclusion Synthesis of target terazole compounds by microwave irradiation has an advantage of shorter reaction time and higher yield compared to the conventional refluxing method(36 h,64%).
