The paper explores the energy-saving and consumption lowering of the electric lighting design in buildings,introduces the main contents and the design principle for the electric lighting design of buildings,and illustrates the energy-saving lighting measures,including the selection for the effective energy-saving illuminators and energy-saving ballast,so as to improve the power factor and make fully use of natural light and to direct the practice.
