This thesis outlines the building energy conservation management system of ＂the eleventh five-year plan＂ from three aspects of policies and regulations,institutional framework,and supervision,and prospects main working points during ＂the twelfth five-year plan＂,with a view to promote fast and efficient development of building energy conservation.
