摘要
针对工程造价的全过程管理进行了探讨,分别阐述了加强工程的合同管理、工程概预算编制、竣工结算三方面的工程造价控制措施,以期指导实践,保障施工企业经济效益。
This paper inquires the whole process management of engineering cost,and respectively describes engineering cost control measures from three aspects of strengthening engineering contract management,preliminary engineering budget and formulation,and completion settlement,with a view to guide practice and to guarantee economic benefits of construction enterprises.
