以长治市气象局多普勒气象雷达观光塔工程为案例,对高、难、新建筑施工项目如何管理进行了探讨,从质量控制,进度控制,成本控制,合同管理,沟通管理等多方面入手具体阐述了从项目计划、目标管理、项目控制到目标实现的过程,以期指导实践。

Taking Doppler weather radar tower project of Changzhi Meteorological Bureau for example,discussed how to management high,difficult,new construction project,from the quality control,schedule control,cost control,contract management,communication management and other aspects,specific elaborated the implementation process of goal from the project plan,target management,project control,in order to guide practice.
