摘要
结合自身工作经验,针对实验室的管理进行了探讨,从建立实验室的质量管理体系,实现实验室的工作任务方面进行了论述,指出首先要建立适合实验室自身的质量管理体系,并通过运行该体系不断完善和改进,从而逐步提高实验室管理水平。
The paper combining with the work experience,explores the management of the libraries,indicates from the quality management system of the labs and the realization of the work tasks for the libraries,points out the quality management system which is suitable for the labs should be established,and proves and enhance the system gradually,so as to improve the management of the labs.
