微流控芯片与常规玻片法在细胞培养和蛋白检测中的比较性研究

摘要 近年来,微流控芯片以其多种分析优势被广泛应用于生物医学领域,特别是在细胞及细胞内组分检测方面具有潜在的发展空间,借助其基本特征和优势,该技术亦可用于肺癌的耐药性研究。研究发现,糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)为细胞内应激蛋白,与肺癌耐药性密切相关。目前对其机制的研究主要以常规玻片为平台,该平台难以将细胞培养与蛋白检测集成到同一平片上,检测的便捷性和连续性均不足。
