UF-1000i自动尿液分析仪细菌计数对尿路感染的诊断价值 被引量:14

摘要 目前,尿路感染的诊断仍必须根据中段尿的细菌定量培养结果作为临床的诊断依据,然而,1份尿标本从采集、培养到扶取报告需要3d,且临床怀疑尿路感染送检的尿液标本中,绝大部分都是细菌培养结果阴性,造成治疗的延误和实验事资源的浪费.本研究以细菌定垃培养结果为金标准,应用UF1000i自动尿液分析仪对292份清清中段尿标本进行了细菌定量计数,以期找到一个灵敏度与特异度均佳的细菌值区间,为临床早期诊断尿路感染提供更准确的信息。
