常温制备形貌可控中空羟基磷灰石的研究 被引量:3

Preparation of Shape-Controlled Hollow Hydroxyapatite Microsphere at Room Temperature

摘要 利用锂钙硼玻璃(LCB)微球在磷酸盐溶液中的原位转化反应,在常温下制备中空的羟基磷灰石(HA)微球,研究了玻璃微球的组分、磷酸盐浸泡液的浓度及热处理等工艺参数对微球的形貌影响。研究结果表明,常温下反应得到的产物微球为晶型较好具有中空结构的羟基磷灰石,随着玻璃微球组分中CaO含量的升高,中空微球的球壁逐渐变厚,当CaO含量达到30%时,微球变为实心结构。磷酸盐溶液浓度较低时,中空微球的球壁容易形成层状结构。 Hollow hydroxyapatite microspheres,consisting of a hollow core and a porous shell,were prepared by converting Li2O-CaO-B2O3 glass microspheres in dilute phosphate solution at 25 ℃.The influences factors on the morphology of hydroxyapatite microspheres were investigated,such as glass composition,the concentration of phosphate solution and heat treatment.It was found that the thickness of sphere wall increased by the weigh percentage of CaO in LCB glass.When the weigh percentage of CaO increased up to 30%,the hydroxyapatite microspheres showed a compact other hollow structure.Additionally,a low concentration of phosphate solution(lower than 0.05 mol·L-1),is favorable for hydroxyapatite microspheres to be a multilayer structure.
