摘要
目的:研究FOXP3和GITR/GITRL基因在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者外周血中的表达水平。方法:采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR的方法,检测30例OLP患者和15例健康人外周血中FOXP3、GITR和GITRL的基因表达水平。结果:OLP组FOXP3、GITR和GITRL mRNA表达量均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01);结果经2-ΔΔCT转换后,OLP组FOXP3、GITR和GITRL mRNA表达水平分别是健康对照组的23.4%、18.1%和20.9%;FOXP3和GITR的表达水平呈正相关关系(r=0.491,P<0.05)。结论:FOXP3和GITR/GITRL mRNA的表达异常,影响了调节性T细胞(Treg)的功能。
Objective: To study the expression of FOXP3 and GITR/GITRL genes in peripheral blood of patients with oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods: mRNA expression of FOXP3,GITR and GITRL in peripheral blood of 30 OLP patients and 15 healthy subjects was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR method.Results: In patients with OLP,mRNA expression of FOXP3,GITR,and GITRL was significantly lower than in the controls(P〈0.01).After the results were converted by the 2-ΔΔCT,the mRNA expression levels of FOXP3,GITR and GITRL in OLP were 23.4%,18.1% and 20.9% of those in the controls respectively.The expression of FOXP3 and GITR showed a positive correlation(r=0.491,P〈0.05).Conclusion: The abnormal expression of FOXP3 and GITR/GITRL genes may influence the function of regulatory T cells(Treg) and play a role in the pathogenesis of OLP.
